TravelDNA encompasses a wide range of efficient & state of the art technology internally in our Reservations systems & processes, and in our Remote or After Hours Office access and our Reporting and Accounting processes:
- MIR Online - is a comprehensive On-Line Management Information Reporting system enabling travel spend and trends to be monitored on a daily basis from any PC globally in real time. MIR contains a suite of 20 plus reports on Finance, Suplliers, Market-share and more.
- E-Track - electronic tracking & Reporting on un-used flight coupons or whole flight tickets. If not tracked diligently the fare value is lost...
- Low Cost Air - our internal solution that aggregates both web-carrier content with GDS content - on the one screen. The process enables our consultants to complete in 7-10 minutes a Best Fare of the day 'fare-check' and fulfil the booking... compared to checking 3 or more websites. The company productivity gains are substantial and are reflected in our Client pricing efficiencies.
- KDS Online Booking Tool - the single most sophisticated on-line booking tool available in the Australian Corporate market. European technology enhanced by adding market specific 'faring' options specifically to suit the unique Australian market has produced this OBT with the capability to inbuilt complicated (or simple) Travel Policy and thereby achieve compliance in travel transactions. In this era it is a prerequisite as is the ability to Benchmark the best (actual best!) fare of the day across both GDS or web-carrier content - airfare, hotel and car.
- Our After Hours Service (24/7) - Effective March 2007 Gilpin Travel Management have partnered with AERO24 for a truly global 24/7 solution via GDS, PNR (booking) and Profile sharing, to synronise the secure information flow of our Corporate clients requirements in an after hours or emergency situation.
Aero24's team are located in Capetown, South Africa and Seattle, USA. Via encrypted access Aero24 staff may emulate into Gilpin Travel Management GDS to acccess and work on your itinerary in real time in an emergency or After hours situation. All information & data accessed is in GDS only, not over the internet therefore secure.
- QCD - our internal process where data in the reservation is Quality Controlled prior to the mid and back-office process and dispersal of data. This means data is checked before the traveller travels and before the data flows into the mid and back-office systems for Reporting. It is an extra step that we take willingly to ensure the quality of our work...
- Detailed Data Reporting With our client's authority (signed/authorised) complex Reporting that is required by Airlines to support complex Financial Offers such as APOSD and Star Contracts ...are normal process in Gilpin. We are proficient in working with complex financial offers & the tender process.
