Preffered Extras Hotel Programe - Highlights...

• Wide range of properties - Options include all-suite, full service, limited service, extended stay and residential apartments.
• Reduced room rates - Clients will benefit from Best Available Rates in markets where they do not have negotiated rates of their own.
• Flat rates - Single room rate for single or double occupancy.
• Last room availability - The Preferred Extras Hotel Program rate will never be sold out as long as the participating property has standard rooms available.
• "Walk" agreement - If a booked and guaranteed room is not available upon arrival, the property will find and pay for one night at a comparable hotel, provide transportation to the property and pay for one x 3 minute long distance phone call.
• Unrestricted rates - Unlike most internet sites and online travel agencies, the Preferred Extras Hotel Program rates are not subject to harsh cancellation policies and minimum stay requirements.
• Value-added services / amenities - A number of the hotel partners offer additional value-added services and amenities, such as complimentary breakfast or priority room upgrades.
